Trouble Integrating Gizwits Cloud with My IoT Device

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a project on salesforce admin course online where I'm trying to integrate my IoT device with Gizwits Cloud for remote monitoring and control. However, I'm running into some difficulties when it comes to establishing a stable connection between the device and the cloud .

I've followed the documentation provided, but I'm still facing issues with device registration and data synchronization. The device appears to connect initially, but the data doesn't seem to update in real-time as expected. I've also checked the API settings and device configurations but haven't found the root cause yet.

Has anyone here worked with Gizwits Cloud for IoT integration? If so, could you offer any tips or common troubleshooting steps that might help resolve these kinds of issues? I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions.
